Meaty and Tender Ribs

"The ribs we split as an appetizer were meaty and tender and doused with a fine red sauce heavy on the vinegar, so no worries there. The Calypso salad I ordered was big and fresh, and the diced beets, the salad's distinctive feature, were piled on with a liberal hand. My entree - a hefty chunk of broiled salmon - came no-frills-or-frou-frou-sauces-attached. It was a succulent, flaky piece of fish, with moist and flavorful rice pilaf. Nothin' fancy. Nothin' to raise the eyebrows. Just simple fare, simply and well prepared."

At The Rib Room we take the quality of our food very seriously. Which is why our wide variety of menu items includes everything from the aged steaks, hand-cut fresh on premise each day, to the freshest chicken breasts around to broiled salmon, shrimp, cod, perch, tilapia and lobster tail.

Appetizers, Salads and a Lite Menu

Our Appetizers are good to start, even better to share. Choose from Sauteed Mushrooms, Shrimp Cocktail, Ribs, Escargot, Potato Skins and more. Our salads are made from the freshest ingredients. Choose from a Tossed Salad, Calypso Salad or a Greek Salad. The Rib Room also offers a menu for the lite appetite that includes; pulled pork, shrimp basket, petite filet, chicken strips, chopped steak, beer battered cod, pan fried liver and the rib room sandwich.
